BJTU is one of the first universities selected into the “National 211 Project” and the “985 Strength Discipline Innovation Platform” project, one of the first institutions authorized to confer master’s and doctoral degrees. The agreement between PSUT and Beijing Jiaotong University focuses on exchange of students, faculty, staff, publications; joint research projects, collaborative professional development.

It aims to spearhead knowledge and be the global reference center for Islamic Science. The agreement between PSUT and University Sains Islam Malaysia focuses on cooperation through exchange of researchers, staff, students, and scholarly material, in addition to joint research, technical assistance and training, acceptance of students at each other's institutions.

Hasselt University therefore attaches great importance to cooperation with other centers of expertise, companies, government agencies and organizations in Limburg and beyond. The agreement between PSUT and Hasselt University focuses on business administration master’s student exchange, exchange of staff, publications; joint projects and events, to replace some terminology exchange of students faculty and joint Tempus projects, international student events.

Athens Information Technology (AIT), an internationally-renowned nonprofit education and research center in the fields of information technology, telecommunications, and innovation management, was founded in 2002. The agreement between PSUT and AIT focuses on cooperation to offer AIT special training programs at PSUT.

The University of Barcelona is the most formidable public institution of higher education in Catalonia, catering to the needs of the greatest number of students and delivering the broadest and most comprehensive offering in higher educational courses. UB is also the principal centre of university research in Spain and has become a European benchmark for research activity, both in terms of the number of research programmes it conducts and the excellence these have achieved. The agreement between the university and University of Barcelona focuses on exchange of faculty, researchers, administrative staff, research projects, joint lectures, and symposia.

The agreement between PSUT and University of Cadiz focuses on Joint events, joint training & cultural activities, application of new educational technologies available at UoC, collaboration in postgraduate studies, research, publications and quality evaluation.
 
Universitat Oberta DE Catalunya 
The agreement between the university and Universitat Oberta De Catalunya (Open University of Catalonia) focuses on development of joint online programs in global marketing, cooperative research in e-learning, student exchange, credit transfer, joint access to programs, joint workshops and design of instruction.
 
Turkey
Duzce University
Düzce University was established in 2006 but its oldest unit, Duzce Vocational School, has existed since 1976. The agreement between PSUT and Duzce University focuses on Academic Cooperation; staff and student exchange, lectures, materials and conferences.
 
Canik Bassari University
The agreement between the university and Canik Bassari University focuses on joint scientific work and educational and cultural collaboration.
 
Middle East Technical University
The mission of the Middle East Technical University is to reach, produce, apply and promote knowledge, and to educate individuals with that knowledge for the social, cultural, economic, scientific and technological development of our society and humanity. This is to be done by bringing teaching, research and social services up to universal standards. The agreement between PSUT and Middle East Technical University focuses on student and faculty exchange.

The agreement between the university and Bilkent University focuses on exchange of 4 students per year or per semester for the purpose of study exchange to be initiated by the department, faculty or discipline of the student.

University of Windsor
The University of Windsor is a comprehensive, student-focused university, with more than 15,000 students enrolled in a broad range of undergraduate and graduate programs including several professional schools. The agreement between PSUT and University of Windsor focuses on exchange of scholars, students, research, and articulation programs.
 
University of New Brunswick
The agreement between the university and University of New Brunswick focuses on exchange of faculty, students, where master and PhD programs at UB are open to PSUT students.

University of Michigan
The agreement between PSUT and University of Michigan focuses on collaboration on ducation agreement (3+2 for business faculty exchange master in business) and (2+2 for business administration) and  ((3+2) for CS and  (4+1 for Engineering).

Florida Institute of Technology
The agreement between PSUT and Florida Institute of Technology focuses on academic consultancy, curricula review, student exchange, faculty exchange, training, and organising joint seminars.
